Este es mi ultimo Phase del programa.. mis ultimas 5 semanas!!

Por lo tanto! es ahora o nunca!!










He decidido esforzarme al maximo!
Añadir otra seccion de cardio o running!

The following example is based off the Doubles P90X Workout Schedule - Phase 3. I
want you to see how serious this really gets!

DAY 1 - AM - Cardio / PM - Resistance + Abs

DAY 2 - AM - Cardio / PM - Cardio

DAY 3 - Resistance + Abs

DAY 4 - AM - Cardio / PM - Stretch and Balance (Yoga)

DAY 5 - AM - Cardio / PM - Resistance + Abs

DAY 6 - Cardio

DAY 7 - Off
